WOW, this dealership called me and told me they sold the Z06 I applied for. Salesman Oran ******* sent me a video after I requested a walk around because I live in another state. After reviewing the video I told Oran that I wanted to purchase the Z06. Send me over the numbers. Sales Manager Andrew Lucas sent me a email with the breakdown and I agreed to pricing and to move forward with credit application. Salesman told me no deposit needed Another hour goes by and Oran finally calls and ask me would I like to put in business name. I stated to him I own three businesses and I use my credit cards a lot for all businesses. I have excellent credit and i buy a lot vehicles and equipment for all businesses. My score ranges from 650-800 any given month. I’ve had as many as 3 very high end car notes at one time 100-200k. So nothing unusual about this purchase. I ask to speak with the finance manager to go over everything so we could get this deal done with my bank or other banks I’ve used in the past with outstanding credit. He stated he was busy with another customer. Seems like everyone was just too busy for me, I’m just purchasing at 200k Z06 from them. Oran stated finance would call me back, I got a call 30 minutes later from Oran to tell me he apologized but another salesman sold the car to another person already, it was sold now. Said fella came in on Saturday and came back in today after I applied for financing, after credit inquiries were pulled after I said I wanted the car. Remember no deposit needed at this month. Are you kidding me? Sold the car from under me. I’ve bought so vehicles in the past and no one has EVER done this. I ask to speak with a sales manager and to my surprise, they don’t have anyone in charge. I ask to speak to Andrew but he’s gone for the day. He’s yet to reply to my emails nor a return call back to explain this very bad business practice of Bill Cramer Chevrolet GMC Panama City Florida. No one has replied to email nor calls
