      They have had my car for a month and two weeks. They said they drove my car for 25 miles. They did absolutely nothing to my car except mess up my transmission I went yesterday to get my oil changed at 10 minutes oil change company this morning again from yesterday I brought my car in it’s leaking transmission oil really badly. My car is shaking. I took my car there for service to have recalls that was on my car to be done. Nothing was done. They kept my car for a month and a half, causing me stress, having a couch, taxis forward and backwards, if not catching a bus when I didn’t have money to catch a taxi, I’m finding the biggest complaint against them and I wanna sue them for the stress. They have put me on for pain and suffering.

      Vehicle was initially brought in December of 2022 with the transmission overfilled by another party. We corrected the issue and didn’t see the customer again until last month. We completed two recalls, a headlight and a wiper arm issue, but were unable to duplicate her Check Engine Light or transmission leaking concerns. We wanted to discuss our findings and reached out based on the contact information we were given but apparently the phone number was incorrect. All we could do was wait for her to contact us which took several weeks. Sorry to hear of her frustration and wish we could be of further assistance. Customer currently has 2 cases open with General Motors

      SERVICE HORRIBLE!!!! THEY PUT IN A USED MOTOR INTO MY TRUCK AND TOLD ME IT WAS FROM CHEVY, IT WAS FROM A JUNK YARD. I WAS ON VACAY AND HAD TO STAY LONGER WHICH COST MORE MONEY, THEN TO GET HOME TO ATLANTA JUST TO HAVE IT IN THE SHOP AGAIN WITHIN TWO WEEKS SAME PROBLEM. I SPENT 8500 NOW TWO CHEVY DEALERSHIPS ARE FIGHTING OVER WHO IS GONNA PAY 1100, WHEN IT WAS GUARANTEED BY CHEVY. HAVE PAPERS SAYING THAT. I'VE ONLY PURCHASED 10 CHEVY PRODUCTS IN MY LIFE, SHOULD BE TREATED BETTER, JUST WANT CAR BACK, INSTEAD NO RENTAL WAS PROVIDED AND ITS BEEN OVER TWO WEEKS.

      We're certainly sorry to hear that there has been issues. The customer's vehicle is a 2012 with 125,000 miles and is well out of any factory warranty. The service writer spoke with the customer about the used engine and the repair order states it was a used engine. We spoke with the repair facility in Atlanta and the issues she is having is not with the engine. There is a "Check Engine" light displaying as a result of either ignition coil or fuel injector failure. We are not "fighting" with the other repair facility as those components are not part of the engine replacement (new or used). The vehicle obviously ran fine when it left our dealership and there is no way for us to predict when a component is going to fail. Had we known, we would have recommended replacement while the vehicle was here. This issue is between her and the repair facility she brought it to in Atlanta. Again, we are sorry to hear of her troubles and wish her the best.

      The check engine light was on when we left dealership, we were told to give it time to reconnect with new motor. So basically, we were lied to from the dealership and also when researching this dealership many others had same experience. I am so disappointed and upset that I trusted this dealership with my sons life and they didn't care!!! A life could have been lost due to their lies just foe money!

      The Service department is totally incompetent. Had my engine replaced on my 2019 Chevy Colorado there and paid $9,060 for a used one, but had numerous problems afterwards. For example the cable from the alternater was loose because the nut was missing, and because of it my battery was not charging, I took the car back to them immediately and told Duane that the battery keeps dying, and his response was that My 2019 OEM battery was bad or died, and told me to get a new battery and sent me away. I went to the battery store and had the battery checked and there was nothing wrong with the battery. Then I call Duane and left them numerous messages to no avail. I had to hire another mechanic to find out what the problem was and it was that cable from the alternator that wasn't secured and the nut was missing. And now I've got a hissing sound coming from my dash every time I turn the AC on. The service manager told me to bring the car and they would take a look at it real quick. But so far it's been a week and I've been trying to get a hold of you guessed it, Duane, never answered my calls or returned my messages. Doesn't matter if you call him one time or a hundred times he never answers the phone or calls you back even after you leave numerous voicemails. If I paid more than $9,000 for a service on my truck I expect a great customer service especially if it comes with a lot of faults. Why can't they fix the problems that came with their used engine without making me wait that long again. Why should I waste any more money on a rental car where they sit on my car for so long and not bother to find out what's wrong. If you're taking your vehicle to their service department I strongly advise you to leave your vehicle with anybody but Duane unless you want to beg and call him thousands of times to no avail just to get an information on whats wrong. Never in my life would i thought I would be treated this badly after I spent more than $9K. Beyond disappointed in GM customer
