I just got home from my appointment with Irina. Irina and the other artists were extremely nice and answered all of my questions. Irina made me feel at home and comfortable. It felt like I had known her forever, not just the few minutes I had been there. The office and client areas were extremely clean and were very nice. Irina took her time preparing for my lip blushing, she explained everything, and made sure I liked the outline and colors before we started. She was very conscious of my pain level and made sure to apply numbing gel as needed to minimize my discomfort. Once we were done she thoroughly explained the after care and we chatted for a short time. Its only been a few hours and I love my lip blushing. I highly recommend Irina. She's awesome!! In response to the other review here saying Irina doesn't take debit cards. That is not true. Irina uses Square and was happy to accept my debit card.Review from Alexandra P.

i am hiring an attorney to help me deal with the emotional and monetary damage I have suffered. Irina refused my payment through debit card. I do not know why. She admonished me for not being prepared for the appointment (I was). She humiliated me in front of everyone for wasting her Saturday she couldn't spent with her family while she was pregnant. I understand being pregnant, but there was no reason to be so rude to me to the point I'm shedding tears and asking my friends to cashapp or venmo her because her "legitimate business" doesn't take debit cards as payment, yet the very same debit card I brought with me was the one used to make the $100 down payment. Once again, this is not over Irina. You will not get away with this. I have attached screen shots because people should know what kind of person she is.

Hi **** and thank you for taking the time to leave this review.
I would like to address a few things because seems like you missed a few details in this review.
You came to your appointment EXTREMELY INTOXICATED. You couldn't even get up the stairs to my studio. When you finally made it upstairs holding onto the rails , I knew then I cannot service you.
In case you didn't know, I tattoo faces. It is a big deal for me and for the client . We map the brow shape as well as I have to get an approval from the client before I proceed. You couldn't even couldn't stand. You seemed upset because you couldn't get your brows done but this is my livelihood and how I make a living and provide for my family so the fact that you booked a 2.5 hour spot and came highly intoxicated caused a loss of income for me. That is not called 'prepared' at all. You were a liability and I decided the safe thing was to not proceed! I was 8 months pregnant at that time and put in effort to come in because I had a commitment- your appointment. I had 4 people in the studio at that time (2 artists and their clients ) that can absolutely vouch for that.
When asked about the payment- clients CAN indeed use a debit/credit card but it has to be in their name in order to sign , or else my business transaction isn't secured and can be disputed. I definitely feel 100 % confident in my decision on not taking you on as a client and you can continue with your reviews all you want, that will not affect me in any way. It's crazy that it took you 8 months to write this review.
Also, please keep in mind that there are laws protecting me as a business from threats as yours and well defamation of character that you are practicing . Please refrain from contacting me any further unless it's through an attorney.
