      This is the only certified dealer in my area . I took my vehicle in which I have only had for about 3 weeks to the location for a warranty repair. My car was there less than and hour i was told my radio was not part of my warranty but it was an 80.00 diagnose fee. For what ? I can see if it took and hour to diagnose but it did not. This is unacceptable . I am willing to pay for work co,pleted but 80.00 to check a **** REALLY !!!!!

      I purchased my vehicle in September 2018 with a lifetime warranty and maintenance included . I have always brought my car in as required. In October 2021 my husband brought my car for maintenance and the service dept lied and said we didn't bring our car in 6 months previous, which would have been April! I went out of town in April and brought the car in for regular maintenance before I left! So since they have lied they canceled the maintenance and lyy the lifetime warranty! This is common practice for them after this happening so many have told me that is what they do! I tried to resolve the issue bug no one at the business will contact me! I put a negative review on their Facebook page and they asked for my contact information and them posted my private phone numbers on their public page for the world to see! I have screen shots of this! They asked me the information and when provided they gave it to the world! That is a huge violation of my privacy! I want my warranty and maintenance reinstated as this is their fault not mine!
