      Not morally trustworthy at all. So to give a little a quick back story my car was totaled while parked when I was at work. Unavoidable and sadly the car I had was no longer made and the price of the same car skyrocketed. Found something similar and came in to just buy the car within 2 hours because I had work right before( 2 weeks without car so paying people for Uber and still being late was taking its toll ) the car was fine besides a bad battery which they didn’t replace after a verbal agreement was made to replace the battery but thankfully after I mentioned that someone from autozone said it falls under lemon laws they fixed it 2 weeks later. I also made very clear that I needed to keep the car under 25k due to DTI needing to be balanced for a house in the near future. They still decided to take their time and when they saw it was starting to affect me and I was about to walk out they finally started telling me completely different pricing. When I brought up the fact the salesperson said something different the guy just said the salesperson didn’t know what he was talking about. So when I tried to start talking about pricing and told him I can’t take on more than 25k ( I was approved for more so they were just squeezing me for every bit at this point both for money and time ) I got to the point where I was stressed and partially freaking out because work started to call me in and needed me ASAP and they wouldn’t skip over any of the warranty. I got to the point where I just said I don’t care and signed because of the stress and there ended up being 2 warranties and it pushed it over 27k. I came in less than a week later to cancel it due to them not giving me a paper copy even after I requested it. 2 months later they still haven’t canceled it and when I called the company the warranty is for through and someone said I never even sent in a request for it to be canceled. Very shady especially since I came in and physically signed something in their dealership.

      Hello, I apologize that you had a bad experience purchasing a car from our organization and that your previous vehicle was totaled. We strive to provide a pleasant buying/servicing experience for everyone. The purchase of a vehicle is typically the 2nd biggest purchase in a persons lifetime and attempting to squeeze the entire transaction within a 2 hour window isn't typically enough time. In regards to the final amount financed the contract you signed fully discloses all prices and fee's. Regardless, we have fully processed your cancellation of products effective 4-24-2024 and those proceeds were directed back to the bank you financed with.       If I could give a lower rating that a one star I would. DO NOT PURCHASE. They use a bait and switch method with their customers. Thankfully we walked away when we realized what was happening. But their entire sales team (management included) is sleezy, unethical, and entirely out to rob you. A price out the door was decided upon when we arrived at the dealership (after several emails back and forth reiterating the same information), it was not until we got to the finance office (3 hours later) that there was no way they could do that deal and had "no idea that is what I meant when I asked about a specific out the door price). They were hoping they would make money on the warranty end and when I didn't take the warranty options they suddenly couldn't do the sale.

      You don't have to purchase any protections in finance, ever.

      You decided not to purchase the vehicle when you realized we could not sell the vehicle at your desired out the door price which we understood this to include your down payment.  The disconnect was the downpayment discussed was included in the "out the door" price.

      The discount you were looking for was around five thousand dollars, which is not possible. When you mentioned down payment, we thought you wanted that to be included in the out the door figures. We apologize for any misunderstandings and frustrations caused by this. We do not "bait and switch", nor do we "rob" anyone.  The offer still stands if you would like to purchase the vehicle.

      Don't deal with them. I looked at a 2013 MX-5 online. Looked good. I put down $1000 on a credit card then drove 600 miles to purchase. When I arrived the car and undisclosed issues (after-market muffler, missing air dam, only one key) - Dealer would not adjust price and said to get a key go after-market (wouldn't even send me to their own shop!) so I walked away. I asked for a refund of my deposit and they lied about the CC system down but I insisted on a paper refund receipt (good thing) Took 3 months for them to refund the $1000 after I filed a dispute with me CC. They're sleaze. Run, don't walk away!

      Back in July, my wife and I bought a slightly used 2021 Honda HRV from John Lee Nissan. We also paid a lot of money for add-on warranties. That's where the complaint starts. The car was bought on a Friday, and I returned to the dealership the following Monday to get refunds on all the extra dealer warranties after my wife and I agreed that they were probably a waste of money. I was informed, after signing formal cancelations, by the accounting department that my refunds would be processed and would take about a month to be received by me or the lender. It's now October, and my lender has only received some $1100 of the $2400 I spent on warranties, while John Lee's accounting department continues sticking to their story that they sent refund checks to the lender. The lender continues to claim that it never received anything more than $1100 to place in the account. If I don't get the rest of my money, I am prepared to file a complaint with the authorities if necessary.

      I think that this place is a rip off. they sold my husband a 2017 Dodge Ram 250 $ 71673.98 when he got it he was told that the light had been left on and all that needed to be done was jumped off. they had the vehicle running when he came back . they sold him a overpriced piece of junk! so far since we have had it both batteries under th hood have been replaced the windshield wiper flung off, there is a chip in the windshield, also a footlong dent in the bumper. The back camera decides if it wants to work or not. this place is just awful. I would strongly encourage you not to go there to buy ANYTHING! I won't be giving them a star at all. honestly I could have found a lemon lot that I would have picked from verses this place. he really needed a truck and was desperate to be able to find one for the crew and they took advantage of that fact!

Thanks to the micro chip shortage the used car market is in tight supply, prices are high. If we can be of service we are happy to talk. It didn't seem that Paige wanted anything specific.
