Originally contacted All Terrain in August, 2021 to help alleviate a drainage issue. When they saw the large house and yard they immediately launched into wanting to provide additional landscaping design and installation and how amazing their design and installation would be. We agreed to some specific landscaping in addition to the drainage. The work was performed primarily in December 2021. All Terrain suggested a dark river rock in lieu of mulch. We verbally indicated we were not pleased with the selection and followed up with a written text message indicating we had reservations. Nonetheless, they proceeded to bring buckets of the river rock to our house and when we said NO!, we didnt want it, they initially said it was too late, we had to pay for the rock., Eventually, the reluctantly removed the rock we never ordered. It was apparent at that point in time they decided to inflate their cost. They then began to bring out landscaping material with a 500%-600% markup as compared to the exact same material at a well known landscaping supply house less than 5 minutes from our house. They charged $3,000 for 3 men for a 6 hour day. They padded their invoices at every turn. We paid $30,000 up front. $13,500 was for drainage that still doesnt work (photo and video attached) For the remaining $16,500, they performed labor and or provided material totaling $6,000-$7,000. We have a credit of about $10,000. We compromised and agreed upon a credit of $6,000 and the owner (****) agreed to provide labor to plant and place material we purchased. He then reneged and also refuses to complete the drainage. Further, we have evidence of disgruntled and cheated customers. The owner brags about cheating the government. This company needs to refund the complete $10,000 and change its deceptive and fraudulent practices
