I was contacted by this company in 2022 to consolidate and payoff a federal student loan. The company claimed to be from ******. I made a series of payments with automatic withdrawal from my bank account and believed that my loan had been forgiven. When my actual student loan was really consolidated and sold to **** OF ************** I began to get bills to pay my loan and began the research to discover this was a fraud. I made the following fraudulent payments: 07/03/2022Card purchase / LG PROCESSING LLC 7299 (2022-07-01) *********** FL ******** -$719.88 06/02/2022Card purchase / PRIDEPROCESSINGLLC 7299 (2022-06-01) *********** FL ******** -$719.88 05/15/2022Card purchase / LG PROCESSING LLC 7299 (2022-05-13) *********** FL ******** -$719.88 04/30/2022Card purchase / LG PROCESSING LLC 7299 (2022-04-29) *********** FL ******** -$699.00

date november 10 22. First payment. $599.99. The business offered to waive my loan. The business seemed fraudulent because they said I owned more. After thinking about it, I confirmed I owned less. The business overstated my loan. The account case number they provided me was: case no. *****. I searched for ****** to find out about the status of my loan forgiveness application. There was an option above mohela listed as mohela services. I clicked on it which provided a number to call. I called the number associated in regard to my loan forgiveness. They led me to believe that they are part of Mohela. They helped me fill out an application and told me that I would not need to worry and my loan would be processed. All that would be left for me to pay was $2700. My first payment was $599 and $59 every 36 months. Totaling $2700. They provided a website sent to my email with account information, and a balance with payments info. But I was uneasy about the amount they said I owed. They said I owed more than I do. I contacted ****** to verify if how much I owned and if the company was associated. They advised me that they do not use a third party and my application is still being processed. I checked with Nelnet and they provided a different amount owed. I looked them up again, and it no longer showed. The payment showed that my $599 went through. I tried to cancel, but the email they gave me was incorrect. I checked the website from the information in my email and the website showed to be in *****. The website provided was https//portal.logic.com.The company showed Consolidated WY services LLC.My bank account showed LG ProcessingLLC withdrew the money. I looked up the website and it shows this site: DNSFLIF.

Was offered student loan debt forgiveness in the amount of $599 one time payment and $59.99/mo for 36 months and remaining debt would be forgiven. They withdrew the $599. I talked with my student loan provider and they have no record of any such offer. I want my $599 back!
