Terrible business with no integrity. If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. One is definitely too high. They should be ashamed to say they are a business. The mistakes they made are too numerous to state. From lack of communication within their company to lack of communication to us, the customer, they just lack overall. If they'd answer the phone or return an email or text communicating with us, it may have made all our lives a little better. I cannot believe they are still in business. My kitchen has taken 10 months to finish and it is still NOT done. We received most of the cabinets but after 10 months from the start of construction we are still short cabinets. They have told us several times that we have them all now, and we still do not have the cabinets nor enough crown molding or wood for the base of them. There is always an excuse when we do finally get hold of them. We are so sorry we chose these people. Stay away. There are too many better companies out there. I am glad they could go on vacation seeing they have our money but our job is not complete.Review from George E.

Probably the worst experience ever with a business. Horrible customer service returning calls and texts. Stated they would install multiple times with no shows and no communication. Quality of work is poor. Damaged cabinets. Too much caulk in some areas. None in others. Stopped payment. Requested they come and fix poor quality. Instead of fixing they threatened court action. So I will oblige them and go to court. Do not do business with this company. Oh. And they installed material for backsplash that did not match counters and blamed it on me when they are the "professionals"

Mr. *****, first and foremost, there is no need for gross exaggeration. We never no-call no-showed. You stopped your payment before even contacting us or giving us an opportunity to resolve whatever concern you had. Secondly, we did not threaten to sue you. We want this resolved just as much as you do, however we've been at an impasse. We offered you plenty of information/solutions and have been trying to reason with you, however you did not accept any of them. Court was simply one of those options and you explicitly told us that is the route you preferred to take.
We are truly sorry it had to come to this but you should have thought about the consequences of your actions beforehand. We offer a lifetime labor warranty for this very reason. If there is anything someone isn't satisfied with we try our best to make it right. We always have and always will. Stopping a check without even speaking to us first was flat out disrespectful and wrong on so many levels. And as I've said before I will not let you nor anyone else hold the money hostage while you simultaneously deflect our efforts. We will have our day in court.
For anybody who needs further clarification about this review, we are more than happy to clarify and provide all details about the project. Photos of the work are posted on our Instagram on 2/4/22 as well for anybody that would like to see the turnout.
