    We purchased a mobile home in *********** in March, 2023. The purchase contract states subfloors have been replaced. Within 3 months from purchase floors in both bedrooms, living room, dining room and hallway started falling in. Attached photos are of the living room. Floors in other rooms are as bad with floors caving in. Subfloors in kitchen and one bathroom were overlayed, not replaced. Since the seller had installed new laminate and carpet thru out the entire home, we believed what we were told in writing by Integrity. I feel, because Integrity was acting on behalf of the seller, they should be held responsible for the false statements made.

    Worst realtor agency I have ever dealt with! This company left my family broke and homeless. When our home was sold we were told by ******** our realtor that we had to be out of our home at 8 am the day of closing, which happened to be the same day that she also said that we would be paid. We are broke and now someone else is moving to our home and we still do not have answers. We were told from our realtor that she could not give us the owner of the companys phone number so I asked her to tell home to call us. Still nothing. What am I supposed to do besides call the police? The owners name is ***************************. I would give this company 0 stars if I could! Beware

    Firstly, we want to emphasize that we are mobile home sales professionals, not realtors. It is important to distinguish between the two roles as our responsibilities and procedures differ. In the mobile home sales industry, brokers and dealers are licensed through the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles). Our agents operate under our brokerage license, and they are duly registered with the necessary authorities. Mobile home sales agents are not mandated to hold real estate licenses since they are involved in the sale of vehicles rather than real property.
    As part of our commitment to transparency, our team makes every effort to explain the intricacies of the transaction process to our clients. We understand the significance of receiving proceeds promptly upon the close of a sale.
    As outlined in the contract between you and the buyer, the agreed-upon dates for close and possession were clearly defined. In adherence to our standard procedure, the buyer funds the sale into the company escrow account before the day of close. The seller is expected to move out on the day of close, and once the buyer completes a final walk-through to ensure the home's condition aligns with the agreement, seller proceeds are promptly wired from the escrow account directly to the seller.
    In your case, we want to reiterate that the wire transfer of your proceeds was initiated midday on the day of close, and a wire receipt confirming the transaction was provided to you. It was explained by your agent that bank wires, unfortunately, are not instantaneous, and external factors, such as being a member of a credit union, can introduce additional processing times. Credit unions often have their own internal processing procedures, which can extend the timeline for the funds to become available in your account. We acknowledge the inconvenience this may have caused and sincerely apologize for any resulting frustration.
    We have supporting documentation for all of our responses. ***** ******** has made an effort to personally contact you in order to provide a more detailed explanation of the situation. However, as of now, we have not received any response from you.
