hello my name is ******** i have been living in the apartment for almost 2 years now. i am raising my 3 year old daughter and stepson with my fianc. the people here are nice the workers try their best but i cannot deal with being overlooked and my problems not taken care of. 3 montane after moving in my refrigerator& my stove stopped working. they send ppl in to do temporary fixes and within days the problem resurfaces. the washer and dryer hasnt been working for months they finally tell me they will get me one and when it comes its an old washer dryer from another unit. theres rush stickers drawing all over it. i still sucked it up and used it. tne water is all over my apartment and now im fed up . my 3 year old is always sick and shes always with me as i am a stay at home mom. her doctor informed me her symptoms are that of a child exposed to mold or mildew. i am ready to *** the business so this is my last step. i need a new washer dryer new stove only 2 holes work & a new dishwasher. im so infuriated becstae they do nothing to fix ny problems but temporary fixes. i have a baby. i want everything replaced. they come in first clorox on the mold abd paint over it. when it rains water falls into my apt as i am on the 2nd floor. i pay rent on time and respect everyone !! please help me please !! ny daughter is sick i am frustrated we cant live like this! we want what we pay for and its to love somewhere humane!! i cook everyday but my stove is messed up cant wash because my apt gets flooded. the dishwasher i cant use and its mold everywhere. ny balcony door been broken since we moved so to pull it is like ************************************************************************************* a ************* condition, i want every appliance replaced ! washer dryer dishwasher and stove. they replaced my refrigerator with a small tiny one that doesnt match the size and my fianc is 63. they try to cheap way out all the time im over it and ill ***! help!
