I was in an accident on 09/24/2023 with the vehicle, which was a total lost. My insurance carrier paid the vehicle off. So today on 3/18/24 I went to a car dealership in ***** on 2025 *************** ***** ***** and his manager was helping me so when my credit was ran it showed the vehicle that my insurance paid off as a repo. Called sun financial holding to ask about the repo that they put on my credit they told me I had to dispute it myself because the system automatically do that, so ***** talk to the lender about that because thats not how that works, they sent paperwork over to my email showing a 0.00 balance but the documents wasnt signed so I called back ***** and his manager spoke with the lender and the person was rude even hung up on the manager face. Now this has affected me and my family Im trying to get back on my feet after losing everything now I cant get another vehicle because these people are scammers. They have lied about everything. I cant get nothing I have a doctor with multiple health issues and on the regular have to be taken to different doctors appointments all the time this has put a strain on my family also my work. I need a vehicle that to pull my food trailer as well. Sun financial holding is a nasty, evil bank to deal with this has hurt us a lot. I have a big lost here.Initial Complaint

The company repo my car the night of May 24 2023 and my car payment was due on the may26 2023 the company never emailed me nor sent any information notification i they also have my work number i have all information with the contract there response was that oh we don't have to tell you anything if your behind on your payments we can pick it up i told them I had just buried my dad and I was trying to catch up on bills but they still repo my plus im
