To whom it may concern, I had no choice but to file this complaint against your business because at the school I get no where. Today this complaint is for the owner of this company because I dont want to speak to anyone at that school. I really dont know if you know what is going on at your school, today I will tell you whats going on with my child ***********************. Last year I was threatening that if I dont pay over 400 dollars it will go on my credit report. Then I get a call two days later after going back in forward with your school for them to tell me we made a mistake you only owe 5 dollars never even got a sorry. This year its oh your child is picking on this person, oh your child want be quick, oh your child need to where a bra ( which in fact she had one on). But never once told me my child was hit in the face with a ball by a child who kicked it in her face. My child is always single out for taking up for herself. The accounting (I dont know his name) call my child she when he knows her name which is very disrespectful. When ever you ask them for a statement its always hes not here you have to wait a day or two which it should be given every week to everyone. Now I ask to see the school contracts which I was never showed. Then on Friday the 9th I asked for my statement oh they dont have it but you want me to pay what you tell me to pay when you lied on me the first time when I didnt owe anything. On Friday *************** calls me at work harassing me and when I told her I couldnt talk she kept talking that could have cause me to have gotten into trouble. Then ***** calls me after I pick up my daughter yelling and screaming on my phone and my daughter heard everything and my daughter was in the back seat crying then I get mad because she now harassing me again so I hang up on her to claim my child down because I could have gotten into a bad accident. She was yelling in screaming claiming I owe more money but it doesnt add up.
