I Paid for a Gun auctioned through Gunbroker.com on Sep 28th 2021 (Gunbroker.com has no phone number and has provided no assistance) to the seller Northstar Firearms in Pembroke Pines FL. By October 15th I had heard nothing. When I was finally able to reach the seller by phone (I got through once after several phone call attempts) The seller ********* spoke with me once by phone saying he did not have the email info for the FFL to which the gun was to be sent. I got the information to him and spoke to the FFL as well. He did not respond to any of my email requests for updates after that (I left a voicemail once correcting info I had given him incorrectly but did not meet with any response). It is now Oct 28th and My significant other also reached ***** by phone once on Oct 21st, and ***** told him he had the gun (it was no longer being manufactured but supposedly, he had the one that I purchased at auction). Gunbroker.com does not get me any satisfaction or communication of note and the seller, ***** at Northstar Firearms does not return calls or answer the phone. I am assuming this business has no employees because there are several extension # options for caller but no one picks up at any of them except the 1 time I spoke to ****** and the 1 time my significant other did a week later. I have sent numerous emails and left VM messages and still no refund and no response. I have been forced to request a dispute to the charge to my bank account as a result of no response or feedback of any kind from the seller or the broker. I have received nothing but disappointment and frustration and will not purchase through Gunbroker again if I can help it. Northstar Firearms is a COMPLETE SCAM!
