  I purchased a Male Enhancement Cream and a PUMP from this company . Now the Cream was used but I believe it was just lotion. I notice When I came into the store that the B/Fs looked at I with Jealousy of the W/F I came with . I asked for the Rock Hard Cream which I was still shopping, but the Sales clerk took the cream to the front desk. I believe she tampered with it, now The Pump I purchased in went to look at was Open. It never really worked right either. I asked the women that took I their to take them back the next day but she refused. Now after my sake the Sales clerk stated I hope you don't bring them back. She new something was wrong , with both products. I am unhappy with the purchases.

  Good afternoon. I would first like to ask if you could possibly provide a date and timeframe as to when you were in our Davis Hwy. store so we can pull the footage and see what exactly happened? I'd like to also add that our employees are required to test any items in store with a motor unless otherwise instead requested by the customer. This is due to our No Return and No Refund policy, we want to ensure that you know your product is in working condition, able to be charged and to your liking before exiting the store. If we do not test the product, you could end up leaving with a faulty item that you would then have to reach out to the manufacturer of the toy and go through the warranty process to replace. Our employees are trained to be open and accepting to all types of customers, no matter what they look like, what they are looking for, or what they do outside of our store. We do not act with jealousy, and certainly would never tamper with a product, especially a product that you would use on any sensitive area. The Doc Johnson Rock Solid Cream is designed to slightly enhance thickness/girth, it will slightly increase blood flow to create a sort of swelling effect, however the first ingredient is water and it also includes sweet almond oil and shea butter to help keep in moisture, it will likely feel like a lotion when applied. I'd also like to ask if you happened to return to the store and speak with the manager regarding your experience to try and reach a resolution? I personally work in the office and handle complaints of any nature, to which all managers are meant to give out my phone number to help aid in resolutions for dissatisfied customers.
