    This company was dispatched out to my home though my warranty company. Upon arrival the individual did not seem as if he was willing to do the job. I had advised earlier that another company came out, but was not authorize due to do the job due to the original time expired that they were scheduled to do the job and the company did not show up Andersen appliances. Technician came out within the first five minutes. He was referring me to his friend or buddy advising that there was no issue with my dryer and that I need to have my vents cleaned. Within 10 minutes the company that I was referred to which was then later advised that this was just a personal buddy that had a company came out performed the request that I didn’t need. The technician charged me $125 and then said that this was not the problem only to refer me back to Andersen to actually fix the problem. The person indicated that a belt was broken. A part cannot break ,fix itself, and then break again. I was defrauded by Andersen to pay more money with another company. My warranty product was still not fixed and I had to have another company come out to fix my dryer when Andersen was dispatched out to my home in the beginning under my warranty, this company is not willing to take any ownership for their wrong diagnostic and referring me to a company that I actually did not need to perform a service . And I still had the same problem that I had in the first place. When I made contact with the company the technician was dishonest, and is now taking no ownership for his wrong diagnostic. Or is not willing to refund me for the $125. I am out of that. I never needed to have that service performed in the first place that he referred me to

    This is the worst company and service man I have ever experienced. My machine to this day is not fixed. The service man lied.
