I’ve used Balkums twice now and everytime I used them, they have always done good work. They have rebuilt my truck transmission. The first time they did it the truck ran great but while I had the radiator replaced at another company which is no longer in business, the company forgot to hook the transmission coolant tubing back up and my transmission ran hot. I immediately had it towed back to Balkums and after troubleshooting the problem they let me know that the truck was amazingly running fine although there’s always some kind of damage when ran hot like that. Balkums could of said, “nope you need another transmission” but instead let me know that I could get a lot more use out of the truck before the transmission finally gave out. So about 2-3 years later they rebuilt my transmission again. Very honest people. I thank them for their loyal service.Review from Deonte L

He literally kept my car for a month didn't answer calls I tried to get my car towed he insisted they were just going to change parts that literally what I needed him to do he didn't answer calls so many cars went past my car he was taking new customers while my car just sat literally disappointed literally usually go to him he even knew he did wrong buy his energy when I came an got my car today it's been 1 month in a half now and he even asked me to pay before even fixing on my car literally like he was goin to half the job use the money for someone else an just fix it enough to drive away
