Re: BRASWELL CABINET CO. We contracted with Mr.Jerry ******** & son Lee ******** in early 2021 to install Custom Closets and Pantry cabinets in new home for the sum of $20,000. Paid $10,000 deposit. Both ********'s kept saying the job would be done in approx. 90 days. This never happened. We called, emailed & Texted Hundreds of times in the last year- All we heard were continuous LIES & BS !! We finally got one small cabinet in Oct. 2021 but NO DRAWERS !! Still No Drawers !! even said one time that drawers were done- we offered to come get 'em - they were LYING Total Liars!!! over & over they kept promising to be completing the job the "next week"!! ******** co. continuously has LIED & MISLEAD us & now hasn't shown up for months !! They are Terrible Ruthless Lying Crooks !!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/04/07) */ We would like nothing more than to finish what we have already started. We feel like that the balance on the custom cabinet order will not be paid at the end which is 10K. These are custom closet cabinet built to fit, they can not be used on another project. If we can receive something in writing stating that when we are completed with the project, we will move forward. We will give a start and completion date that we can agree upon. Also permission to enter the property. We then can move forward and part ways. Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2022/04/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We do not accept the excuses and continued misleading statements from Braswell cabinets. They have been saying for over 1 1/2 years that they were going to "complete the job within two weeks then four weeks, six weeks" and have never completed the job. We have continually been lied to and misled for the last year with excuses from having to attend out of town sports events, illness, vacations, etc. and they've been given chance after chance to finish this job and get their money. Numerous times we were told that the cabinets and large custom closet assemblies were already put together and on a trailer ready to be delivered to the job site the next day. They never showed up!! We even offered to go pick up the supposed completed cabinets and would install them ourselves. Of course they were never built! it was all Total Lies !! We do not trust Braswell and want a full refund of the $10,000 deposit paid to them almost 2 years ago!! We expect the refund within 15 days or will be moving forward with a court case to collect our money back from Braswell cabinet company.
