            I bought a car from courtesy automotive. The day we brought it back the oil was gone. Brought it back to them and they said oh our guys must have forgotten to put oil in it. So they did an oil change again. Same thing. The car had fuel smell and oil smell in the inside and the brought in a new muffler we took pictures and they never put it on but said they fixed it. Now again the oil is gone completely and they said they fixed that as well.

            This business has drivers that drive recklessly and shows no regard for children elderly or people walking their pets up and down the road. Ive had multiple times were I was actually walking in the gutter with my dogs and the driver with a black beard swerved to drive within inches of my person. When the police were called all they said was that nothing could be done until an actual crime was committed. We have small children and families living in the area. This business shows no regard of that fact and endangers people and laughs about it.

            We recently had a pedestrian vagrant cause a scene at our business to the point that our manager on duty had to call the police, the woman assaulted an employee of our business. We later find that bad surveys have been submitted on multiple forums on our business under the name ****************, who we can find at no time attempted to conduct business with us. We discover that this is the same assailant of our employee and inform the BBB of this to have the investigate and remove the false survey. They instead did zero investigation and we were basically told that it's not there problem. What is the point of the BBB if not to provide accurate information on the way businesses conduct their business??!! If a false report is given and reported as such then at the very least it should behoove a proper investigation into the matter. If we could give a poorer score in our survey of the BBB we would. We will however be contacting our attorney, it would only make sense that an entity that's sole purpose is to inform on businesses would have some legal liability to ensure they do so accurately.
