            I visited the carwash in February I believe. Purchased a wash and was told, "for the same price, you can get unlimited washes for one month". A promotion or something. So I did that, paid by credit card. Next month came and there is a bill on my card from the wash for some subscription I was NOT told about. I reached out to the company and got no response. So I contacted my credit card and disputed the charge. Today, I checked my statement and there is another subscription charge. This company is being deceitful to put it mildly.

            On October 30, 2023, I took my car to the Caliber Car Wash on Navy Blvd to get my car cleaned. As I was drying my car, I spotted some weird bubbling on the front left bumper. I mentioned it to the manager, Sara, who said she'd start a claim. She took pictures and said the bubbling might be because the car wash removed the topcoat. I was a bit puzzled and mentioned I'd been a loyal customer for over a year. She assured me she'd file the claim and wait for corporate's decision. Fast forward to November 7, 9:30 AM, Sara called back to say my claim got denied. I asked her why they didn't warn customers about this topcoat issue on their website or with some signs at the car wash. It seemed odd that their website encouraged more washes without a heads-up. I also wanted to talk to her boss, but she said she couldn't share that info. Feeling frustrated, I'm sharing this complaint to shed light on how poorly this business treats its customers and to caution others about the potential car topcoat damage at this car wash.
