I visited the carwash in February I believe. Purchased a wash and was told, "for the same price, you can get unlimited washes for one month". A promotion or something. So I did that, paid by credit card. Next month came and there is a bill on my card from the wash for some subscription I was NOT told about. I reached out to the company and got no response. So I contacted my credit card and disputed the charge. Today, I checked my statement and there is another subscription charge. This company is being deceitful to put it mildly.Initial Complaint

On February 13, 2023 I went to Caliber for a wash. The young lady that guided me in was also training someone and wasn't fully aware of my truck lining up. About 20 seconds in my truck derailed and was going towards the right. Out of fear I tried to stop not thinking that the machine is on. I plastered my hand on my horn and they shut the machine off. The managers came out to assist me. As they was trying to guide me out I damaged the right front fender of my truck. I have called and emailed them numerous of times and I only got 1 return phone call on 2/14/2023 from the site Manager Justin. And he returned my call due to me emailing them. I have no paperwork and no name or phone number to the claims department. I asked for the documents and I was told by Justin on 2/18/2023 when I called up there again that he was not able to send me the information due to his computer. That day was the most frightening day of my life and I told them to cancel my membership and that I will never go through another car wash again.
