Ripped my light bar off the top of my truck ripped the bolts out and damage my light bar...so now I have a hole in my roof and I a light bar that will not turn on now.Initial Complaint

Ronnies Car Wash broke both Mirrors, left scratches on paint and wheel rims, and tore the Valve stem clear off my vehicle causing a flat tire. We filled out damage claim form( I have never received a copy), refused to go into the Wash Bay and get my valve stem that broke even though it was clearly in view of the worker, who even stated "How do I know thats your stem", while clearly my tire showed it was gone and was losing air on the spot. Whats worse is to the date of this complaint we have not heard back from Ronnies Car wash mgt after several email request and several stops back to the store in Navvare requesting to speak with somebody. These responses are what we have encountered: NO MANAGERS ONSITE, DONT HAVE THE #, THEY SHOULD CALL YOU, UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE HEARD IT ALL. BUT STILL NO RESPONSE AFTER TWO WEEKS!! WE WERE NOT SURPRISED TO SEE THE CLEARLY F RATING AT BBB AND TO SEE SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE WITH THE EXACT SAME COMPLAINT. IT SOUMDS TO US THAT THIS IS THE STANDARD WAY THEY DEAL WITH PEOPLE IN THIS COMMUNITY. THEY PUT MONEY BEFORE CUSTOMERS, SERVICE, AND FOLLOW UP, SO OBVIOUSLY US SEEING AN ALL F REVIEW AT BBB WAS NO SURPRISE TO US.....AT ALL! COMPLETELY SHAMEFUL WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. ESPECIALLY WHEN PROBLEMS HAPPEN THEY HIDE FROM YOU. BUYER BEWARE!!!Initial Complaint

My complaint includes two separate occasions, which happened approximately March and June 2023. My contention / opinion is, Ronny's Car Wash is conducting unfair business practices. This is happening by defaulting customer credit cards to automatic recurring monthly charges. - I purchased what I thought was a one-time monthly subscription for car washes from Ronny's car wash. I didn't read nor was informed of recurring monthly charges at the time of purchase. - The amount of recurring charges amount to approximately $358Initial Complaint

On Tuesday, April 25th I took my vehicle through the car wash. As my vehicle was going through the car wash a large brush on the drivers side bumped into my mirror and broke the mirror off. I talked to the local attendant who took my information down but didn't get a follow up.Business response

Ronny's Car wash of Fort Walton beach, Florida damaged both of my vehicles and refused to pay for repair or replacement of parts citing that the damaged pieces on my car were not "factory", claiming they had spoken to a service tech and the damaged paint and broken antenna on my truck could not be seen in their cameras.
