      I made an online store pick up order. I picked up the order in Wateside shops where I live in Naples. I received an order is ready for pick up text. I picked up my order and signed for it. I looked thru the store for other items then decided at my daughters urge to try the jacket I had purchased. The jacket was tight in my breast area. I went to the sales person at the register and asked if they had a bigger size she got me a 2. She found me a 2 but it was still tight at my chest. She suggested a size 3 to order and have it sent home but I said to cancel the order bc I needed it for next day. She then said she canceled it. It was supposed to be an exchange. Apparently she canceled the order for the 3 but didn’t refund me for the jacket I had purchased and that I had given to her bc she said everything is good and canceled. I asked about the one that I had picked up and signed for and she said it was ok she had taken care of it but never gave me a recipet. That transaction took place on 5/14 and my bank charged me for the amount which I payed off and chicos send a me an email 2 weeks later saying that my order for the size 3 that I never ordered was canceled due to unavailability. Don’t know what this untrained store clerk did that I’ve reached out to he bank and they tell me they opened the in destination and it’s closed bc Chicos never cancelled the transaction with my card and now chicos tells me that the purchased I made doesn’t show up. It shows a pending and cancelled biut hat for the size 3 that I didn’t get to order. The transaction for the size 1 that paid a little over $80 nobody knows nothing about and the worst is that they stayed with the jacket. I basically paid them for free. And my bank refused to credit the amount bc it’s not pending but charged. I have spend over a month trying to solve this. Unfortunately I won’t be buying from them anymore and even though I am a long time customer of WHBM I will have to close my account bc same company. Beware
