Had new windows installed this summer. After a month or so noticed 2 were leaking and 1 was cracked. Keep calling and they say will schedule someone to come out, but as yet, no one has been scheduled. Also have not received any warranty paperworkBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/07) */ New Windows installed on 7/16/21. Service request received 7/20/21 for leaking windows and chip on glass. Service tech sent out on 8/2/21 to caulk leaking windows and discovered "chip" was adhesive between panes of glass. Contacted manufacturer for course of action for the warranty claim. On 1/3/22 tech went out again to fix leak on window and was saw 2nd window with cracked glass. Information given to manufacturer and still waiting on disposition from manufacturer. Manufacturer has current backlog on warranty claims due to national glass and vinyl shortages. The repair claim is still in progress and has been delayed due to holidays and product shortages. Once replacement item(s) are received from manufacturer and installed to customer's satisfaction, final inspection from Okaloosa County will be performed and upon final inspection passing, the warranty paperwork is then sent to customer.
