Date of transaction was August 1st, 2022 due to Mother passed on July 30th, 2022. Myself and sister went to this business due to we used them before for my brother's Family Spray (flower go on top of the casket) and our sending a flower down to Tampa for Aunts funeral in May 2022. We ordered a large family spray for our mother which we paid them $663.12 cash money, however we did not receive the large family spray, we received the small or medium and we did not receive the baby's breath spray painted lavender/purple like we asked and Mrs. ***** stated that she could do. We didn't see the family spray until the viewing of Mother's body and that's when we stated this was not what we paid for. Funeral was on Saturday the 13th of August we placed a call to them on Tuesday 16th of August, Mrs. ***** stated she will call us back and this went on for 3 weeks our calling the number of 8503828522 stating she was going to call us back and or set up an appointment with us; it never happened. We placed another call on September 13th, 2022 being 1 month mother being buried, Mrs. ***** stated she would call us back once she got to the office, however, once at the office she had Mr. ***** to call us and he asked us to send him a copy of the back of the receipt showing where Mrs. ***** sketched the sizes of the spray and what it would cover on the casket, sent him two photos on cell phone didn't hear back from them until September 14th,2022 but he continues to say that they gave us what we ordered and asked why we didn't call them when we saw the casket spray was not the correct one, I told him because we didn't see it until we got to the viewing, and on the same token why they didn't call us to let us know that they didn't have the purple/lavender spray or the babies breath, because we both could have viewed and saw something to talk about, but it seems as if they just plopped this small casket spray on the end part of the casket and that was it.
