The Manager CoCo was very rude on all levels.. We have been going to this place for months twice a month $300 per person. Every single time we are there My Son gets his parking validated by the company, of all times he has gone every validation has been valid except for this day, therapy was on 6/11. Parking Ticket came on 6/28. I called PrimeIV to get clarification Kristen said they will get back to me on the matter. On 7/1/2024, CoCo the manager calls me at 10:45am unwilling to communicate to find what happened, The conversation with her was very bizarre and really not business professional or supportive at all. She said she has video and audio surveillance of everyone in every room, when I said that is odd for a medical facility to have undisclosed surveillance as I did not sign an authorization for you to video record me or my son nor did I see a sign in your office stating of surveillance. she rudely hung up on me a without answering my questions to the matter, which made me call her back, then she said I don’t want to deal with you and I will cancel your services and you will not be able to come here no more you can go somewhere else that will be of better service, then hung up on me again..wow! I called her back, to ask how can I get a copy or verification of you canceling our account because you don’t want to professionally discuss the matter of the parking ticket. She said I will email you and do not call me back, after 30 minutes of no email confirmation I sent a test to their text line saying I have yet to receive an email confirmation can you please send thank you and did not bother.. An hour later I get a call from a police officer saying she called them to file a police report of harassment on me. I am appalled, a police report?! Of harassment to see what happened about a parking ticket? And a cancel therapy.. thats insane.. However, our value and worth is greater worth to be engaged with a company ran by Manager of CoCo’s so called professionalism.
