Outstanding and reliable service. Very Professional and Meticulous Attention to Detail. From job review, contracting, and actual service, the Staff provided Exceptional Customer Service. CSC has proven once again why they are the Number 1 when it comes to any jobs that I need this is my second time to contract them within three years. This company is fantastic! They came on time and resolved every problem we had called them about. We were doing renovations on an home and their work was great. All if the work that we have had done was done very well and in a timely manner. We had wooden doors prepared and hung all over our home a Storm door installed and an Eight foot fence put up around our entire back yard. We are now going to have Common Sense do another project at our home and discussing doing work at our rental property at the Pensacola beach.Review from John K

We've owned our home for 33 years and have had many exterior renovations, including a couple of major ones after hurricanes . The home is three stories and difficult to navigate exterior work. We had the entire 5,000 feet repainted, oxidation removed and a lot of wood rot located and replaced. We have never had a more pleasant experience with those doing the work or with the owner Adam White. The work was absolutely outstanding with precision attention to detail. The crew was on time every day and worked diligently and quickly even in this oppressive heat. And beyond that, they were truly nice people. We looked forward to seeing them each day. We are using them again to do some window work and interior renovation. They are absolutely the best. John KReview from David K
