    I purchased a 5G modem and was told the cell tower was just over 2 miles away from us so we would get excellent service. I have been trying to get this modem fixed or have a connection since the second day we have received it and we’ve already had it over a month. We are able to connect devices to the modem and it says that is connected, but it is not actually give us Internet. Every time we try to open a browser or my children try to do their homework it says there is no Internet connection. With all the documentation the financial manager that I spoke with is refusing to give me a refund of the $200 deposit that I put down. Then I have customer service contact me after all the information was given saying that we most likely have a faulty modem and that we are responsible for paying for the modem to be shipped back to them and they still will not refund my money. This place is a joke! Avoid this company at all cost!

    I have had this service for a couple years. first year was ok, but then they always have a router upgrade or a plan change now att doesnt service us we lost the unlimited which was fast service. Switche dus to Verizon, speed is half the att on the best day. first month they killed my data, said i had the wrong router so again, buy the new 5g router, first one broke, ordered a new one, it didnt work more than 2 days barely. I used my hotspot for a week and then put the old lte router back in with the new card. was really good for a month. Now this last 2 mos the internet is terrible. I promise you will be happier sending smoke signals or postal mail before buying this. It seemed faster and better when it was Dynami but not anymore.

    I have been paying for service and I have talked to several people at this company due to poor internet service and begged for help still paying a lot for service I have talked to Travis, DeeDee, Christen and no help to speed up my device I get 1.0 download and .05 upload When I ask for help no one is ever available that has knowledge on how to help me with getting better speeds in fact I have told their tech help how to do things with the router that they didn’t know how to do. As a customer I shouldn’t be training the employees on how to troubleshoot

    I used them for about two months and they are the worst provider as well as VERY POOR customer service. I am on day 5 of outage and they cannot help in any way as well as they send me to their website to turn in trouble ticket yet I have to use my phone because I have no internet to get on those website

    The worste! Often times their quick books billing doesn't work, then they turn off your service and request a fee to reactivate. They have even admitted to this. Trying to get a hold of customer service or anyone is a joke. Go with Elon-net...this service is a joke...and when they sell you a router and two months later say it's no longer supported, but they'll discount a new on from 4/500 to only 199...f-off...stay away from these unprofessional slackers. STAY AWAY!

    I started with this company without knowing this was the company I would be getting my internet through. I had originally contacted Firewifi. I had to buy my GTen Model 6 Router for close to $500.00 and I was supposed to get the first month free. Everything was going fine up until 3 weeks in (and of course it was past the 14 day return policy, which most companies give you 30 days so I should of known then the kind of company I was stuck with). At 3 weeks into the service, and now stuck with it, my internet just stop working. I would get the message"Connected without internet." The first day I thought it was possibly Verizon's network was down. After still not having internet service the next day, I contacted Firewifi, only to be told that I had to contact Infinitie because that is whom I get my internet through, (this was the first I was being told about this). So I looked up Infinitie Internet and filled out a tech support ticket. I hadn't even gotten a full month of service yet. Long story in a short version, after talking to numerous tech support and repeatedly doing the steps that was not working for a little over 2 weeks they tell me to send my router back and if it could be fixed they would send it back to me and if not then they would send me a new router. Then, they took out the next month bill when i still had no internet. When I asked for them to refund my money I was told that instead they would push my due date so that I get the month I paid for (but was not receiving). Oh yeah and I was going to have to wait to see what they decided before getting a router to use. It took me two weeks before I was able to send it back to them (which I had to pay for the shipping). While waiting for the router they took out another months payment.) When I finally got another router they only wanted to credit 2 weeks worth of internet but yet I never received my first full month of free internet and paid for two more months worth. The woman I talked to became very rude.

    Sent me a modem, got 1mbs up/down. Cancelled after hours on the phone with “service techs” trying to make it better. Then you have 14 days from the day you activate the modem to return. $50 stocking fee, no return label (you pay), and they didn’t give me the return address information until after my 3rd request… on the 13th day, so know 1 day (Saturday) to get the box postmarked or I’m guessing I loose even more money. Steer clear!!! Service sucks, product sucks

    Customer service is terrible I have been on hold for an hour to speak to a rep, the online chat service is useless as you get told to call and get a ticket number, I really think this is the worst customer service I have ever had experience with.

    Do not get service with Infinite internet they are a terrible company in service & customer service. The reps will give you incorrect information only to say someone will call you back. I spoke with Rep Julie and she assured me several times they could activate a SIM card that I drove around for 3 hours until found to be told that department closed on Saturday. I told Julie Friday evening I needed service to work she told me no problem would even waive the fee like she was doing me a favor. All she did was apologize & say someone would call me Monday. Try another provider this company needs to close because they are not equipped to service anyone!

    Slow or no service most of the time. A major pain getting to customer service. Very expensive for what you get but unfortunately my only option at this time.
