In march 2023 I was in living in Florida I’ve had to move to another state . In February 2023 I made a purchase for my graduation cap & gown. in around April I contacted them to dispute a refund they said they would put in a ticket for me to get , ever since I’ve been calling to check on the refund & a employee said someone would contact me about a 1-2 weeks no one contacted me I call them again they take my information I’ve waited months but no refund mind you I’ve been calling redoing the same steps every other or couple weeks January 2024 call again they give me the number and tell me to ask for clay to help me , no answer from Clay I call again they give me another number to talk to someone named Maggie to help me answer , I finally talk to someone again they take my Information again about 10 minutes later I get a email stating my refund cannot be processed due to the extended time frame I told them that I’ve been calling asking about this it fr june 2023 & they are saying that I didn’t try because their record shows that I’ve only called a couple time which I told them I did have a new number if they could look up the old number you could see my call records they told me their is nothing they can do because “ clay mind is made up “ was the exact words & gave me another phone number to “ talk to someone “ but that number is not in service , this company does not have a no refund policy I just would like my money back pleaseInitial Complaint

Ordered a cap and gown November 2021 to arrive for June 2022 graduation date. Haven't received anything. Called and the representative didn't help, said she would follow up with email, yet nothing was sent. Called again and was on hold for more than 15 minutes with no answer. I've sent multiple emails regarding my order, with no response. Nothing! I just want a refund now.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/04/12) */ Business states, 'This is not our customer'. Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2022/04/12) */ All cap and gowns are delivered directly to the school, before graduation! We would not let them order a gown if it couldn't be delivered before. Is she wants a refund she can email us at [email protected] - we have not received several emails from anyone that we do not respond to. She needs to tell us the student name and school in her email and we will GLADLY give her a refund.
