I’ve attempted to make contact I have 1k / yr Medicare coverage and nocopay but was charged 25$ for my exam/X-rays. I’ve left messages with Candace who took my payment to no avail no response. I was seen on 4Dec’231p.$was withdrawn 6Dec’23.Initial Complaint

The hospital blocked both my husband and I from calling into the main number which is also used for scheduling. This was a retaliation for me calling in to ask about the status of a prior authorization with Nurse Pam who was extremely hostile and very unconcerned despite the medication in question being a much needed anti psychotic. Subsequently after that phone call both my husband and I had our cell phones blocked from calling in. When we called the pharmacy to see if there was an issue with the phones they said they got right through. We then had friends and family dial the number who also got right through. We then recorded ourselves calling from our phones and getting the busy signal then spoofing our phone number and getting through. This is negligent and dangerous and was done in retaliation of us inquiring about our healthcare.
