I hired Florida's Finest to build a custom 384 sqft pool house with 9 foot walls and vaulted ceilings. They did an excellent job and were accommodating to my needs. They provided quality construction and even upgraded exterior framing to accommodate my plumbing rough in. The end product was a quality custom building, built on-site to my specifications. I highly recommend them and they are more affordable than the competitor!

This company was suppose to call us to set up an appointment and did not. Instead they showed up at my door. Walked up to door. Pretended to push doorbell . Then proceeded to walk around both sides of my privacy fence and self admitted in text that they entered my backyard through a privacy fence without any permission. The police were contacted and so was the company. The company did hang up the phone on us . An hour later the man who entered our property proceeded to say we had a contract and that he thought he called. Let me express again we called this company to set up appointed to come out and do an estimate on a shed. No contract . No appointment . Nothing was done with this company except a phone call. This practice of going into people private property is extremely dangerous for both parties . Why the man pretended to ring a doorbell or looked around my home ALL caught on video is beyond me. This companies practices are not safe at all nor do they respect potential customers privacy or rights. They will not have our business and the way they handled themselves should be noted .Florida's Finest Structures Inc. Response

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We were requested to go out and measure your yard to make sure the building would fit and we apparently handled the situation wrong. I can promise you that there was no ill intent or ulterior motives involved. We were trying to provide a service and obliviously made a mistake. We have been doing business for over 19 years and have never had a customer situation like this before. We will strive to have better communication in the future. I highly recommend this company. They are a bit behind but it's all worth the wait. They are extremely professional and wonderful to work with and they clean up their mess. Jeff was our framer and he gets the job done. The roofers did a great job as well. Thank you Jeff & Scottie Honest, professional and hardworking crew I give them all an A++ Christine
