              I had booked reservation 10/1/23at a hotel with choice privileges at Clarion Hotel in Pensacola, Florida over the phone for 10/6 thu 10/10 for $364.20. when I arrived at the hotel on 10/6 checked in went to go look at the room. The place was horrible. It looks like it needed to be condemned. There was a handprint on the door. I was afraid I could not stay there. I went back up to the desk and checked out and ask the Clerk to refund my money. He tried on the computer. He said he could not refund it. That choice would have to escalate the problem and then I would have to call back and speak with the manager the next day. I have contacted choice and I’ve also contacted my credit card.. choice said that clarion hotel are going to refund me for three nights because of the late cancellation. I have tried calling to speak with a manager there is no answer on the phone I have not been refunded my money back as of yet today is 10/24/23. I did not stay there . Your help is greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much for your time.

              By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stay at. Very nasty. Very rude. Sink drain onto the floor. Shower was just a pipe coming out the wall. Tv didn’t work. Walls very nasty. Hotel hallways smell like urine and feces. The floors were disgusting. Staff very rude and didn’t care about anything. Very shady people all around the hotel. They don’t clean your room unless you “request it” they don’t give you towels or rags. This is horrible. It shouldn’t even be in business. I kept it sweet and simple and used my words kindly.
