      Buyer beware. Used lot sales sold a used VW to an inexperienced and unsuspecting first time buyer. Car was PLAGUED with problems that was hidden from the buyer. Sales staff was dishonest from the time they walked on the lot. Again BUYER BEWARE. One star because there are no negative stars but I give them a -10

      On 12/5/23 I bought a 2021 Hyundai elantra I gave the 5000 dollars down my agent was name Josh even though it was a as is sale I ask him are you sure everything is good on this because no later on yes ma am everything is.good I ask for a warranty because I am 71 years old and don't need problems what I was sold was sold was a power train warranty I thought it cover well it got hot I cut on the air and it didn't work mine you they claim they did a 27 point inspection I call them and wad told it was working when you and you should have new that it had 90000 miles it was have some problems but told me everything was you gave me the carfax saying everything was good if you had said that to me that day I would have never bought that car now I have no air and.no money fic this problem I have copd and asthma on ssa my o inco.me other mechanics have me they knew that this car actually didn't work when I bought it and that my car was only 3 years old and the compressor should not be out I talk to the manager and he told me to bring it in and let them look at it and they will help me they couldn't fix it and pay for it to fix I would have to also pay to get it fixed 5000 dollars look good to did they smile and yes ma am because they wanted my money so they assured me everything was good I know as is as is that why I told them I wanted a warranty because I didn't want any problem it's 4 months later and I got all these problems I WILL NEVER SUGGEST TO ANYONE TO BUY A CARE FROM ALLEN TURNER HYUNDAI DONT BELIEVE THE COMMERCIAL BECAUSE IT'S A LIE THEY SEE LARGER SUM MONEY AND THEY PROMISE YOU THE MOON BUT WATCH OUT WHEN THE MOON GOES I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER ELDERLY PEOPLE THEY DID LIKE THIS THE CAR WAS 16000.I GAVE THEM 5000 AND IT IS STILL 16000 I DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO FIX THIS CAR SO I GUESS I WILL BE IN THE HOSPITAL A LOTS THIS SUMMER FREDONIA ****** I START TO BUY ANOTHER NISSAN WISH I HAD I

      Josh did not tell me I had 30 days after buying the car I am sure he is going to say he did they saw a fool with 5000 and a elderly woman and laid the charm on a took my money.

      During a car sale transaction helping my son I was Bamboozled never given paperwork come to find out they had altered the paperwork saying that he lived in my house he actually lives somewhere else threatened to take the car after they cashed his down payment never gave me a copy of the paperwork but I got a call from the finance company the car had been put in my name and my son was my cosigner I never agreed to any of that I'm a senior citizen they took advantage of me even suggested how I would go and add my son to my utility bill and then once they send the paperwork into the finance company I could take it off either way they Bamboozled me telling me if I didn't do what they said they would take the car away from him even after the check had been cashed I never wanted to have myself be on my son's car note in any way shape form

      My first vehicle is a 2020 ionic and at the 12000 oil change they told me my alignment was off. This car was only 7 months old and it was all highway miles. I refused the alignment and now my car has 50000 and still no abnormal wear. 2ndcar a 2020 Venue 12000 that my wife drives they told her the same thing. No unusual wear and drives straight as can be. I think the city needs to look into this business for deceptive practices. I will not do business with the service department

      We do perform an alignment check on every car upon entering service drive. We simply provide the information to the customer so that the customer is aware of the alignment specs of their car. We do keep, and I do have a copy of the report from our alignment machine on your car that I would be more than happy to email to you. Or if better if you would like to stop by, I can show you the alignment check process and perform the check again on your venue so you can see the process.       I have bought many new cars over the 45 years that I have been driving and I have NEVER had a brand new vehicle loose its alignment in 6 months of highway driving or my wife's driving of 10 miles or less a day on smooth roads. Either this is a gimmick that you ripyour customers off or you have a production problem. Again the other vehicle I own you told me the exact same thing and it still has the original tire with NO abnormal wear that would be caused by an alignment issue and it has 50k which is the tire warranty and they still have quite a bit of life in them.

      Now I am actually wondering how many new vehicles that you have sold that has had this problem.

      Mr. ******** I can assure its not a gimmick by any means. Again, I would like to invite you in so we can show you the alignment process and give you the printed out report. Looking at your wife's print out, in which I will email to you you would like , its showing the Front total toe to be misaligned. The front camber , rear total toe, and rear camber are aligned with factory specs. I do appreciate your feedback as it helps us to understand our customers concerns.
