      This is our 3rd Kia from this company. We purchased platinum coverage and at the time of sale we were told we had tires for the life for the car. We went every 5000 for service on time. The last time I was in I asked about the tires and was told I did not qualify. I have called and emailed several times asking for an explanation. Nobody has ever bothered to answer my questions. We did everything right and all I’m asking is, why do we not qualify for the tire program. I have gone thru our papers and at the time of signing this was highlighted. I’d like an explanation.

      I have a 2016 Kia Optima and have had all service and maintenance done at the dealer. The car is seven years old and everytime I ask about getting my free tires that was in the warranty when I bought the car, they tell me no. And the last time I was there for an oil change, they said I needed new tires, until I said I have the tires for life, then they back pedals and said I wasn't ready yet.

      My wife and I have faithfully taken our vehicles to Kia in Pensacola since I purchased my first Kia Optima 4DR SDN SX Turbo brand new in 2011. I later bought my wife’s 2017 Kia Sorento LX brand new. The main selling points at that time were the fantastic customer service and the tires for life. The service now in 2023 is horrible; the advisors, supervisors, and management are rude and non-caring and, most of the time, cannot be reached by phone. The company is now trying to charge us for a diagnostic test they claim we did not pay for. This charge dates back to August 2022. That is not true. We pay every time before we leave and have all our receipts. The advisor (Lisa) expressed her dissatisfaction with how the company handles things. However, there was nothing she could do. There needs to be some accountability for how customers are treated. We advise no one to go to this place and are sharing our experience on all social media platforms. There is so much more I could write. This is the short version. I plan to contact the CEO or CNN and do a YouTube video. There is a way to treat people, and the Kia Company needs to understand that. We do not owe a diagnostic fee. We were not charged for one. Also, they serviced my wife's car, and now it's making a strange sound that they refuse to work on it unless we pay the bogus diagnostic fee. Shame on you, Kia; God sees you, and you are going to be held accountable for your actions.

      Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No stars!! I worked with Drake as my salesman. I went in there looking for a Telluride and a specific color. They had the color I was looking for that would be coming in within 2 weeks (someone canceled their order), so I put down a deposit and the Manger signed it. And I had many texts back and forth between Drake and I verifying that I still had my deposit for my Telluride (I even sent him a pic from their website with my Telluride and Vin # on it to verify it's coming in for me). Drake had many excuses of why my Telluride is not here when he told me it would be- due to the pandemic, the plant moved it around, chip issues and because the color I picked was so rare (black copper)!!!! Really!! Well, comes to find out that the same day I put my deposit on my Telluride they also took a deposit from someone else and decided to give it to the other person. But I was never told this until 5 weeks later after being ignored and lied to. So I wasted over 5 weeks of not having a vehicle and waiting for nothing! Luckily I asked to speak with the Manager Mike for him to tell me the truth of what happened. If I would have kept waiting who knows if I would ever end up with a Telluride! All they had to do is be truthful in the beginning and I would have understood that mistakes happen. But NO!!!! Drake never told me that they sold my Telluride in the beginning. Instead he put in a new order for my same Telluride and lied to me and kept trying to get me to purchase other colored Tellurides that came in since he put in the new Telluride order to try to cover up his mistake. But then this pushed my delivery of another Telluride probably back many many months. So much that neither Drake the salesman nor Mike the Manager could not give me an answer when it would be delivered! So after over 5 weeks of waiting and my date of delivery kept being pushed back I walked out of there with no vehicle!! Kia in Pensacola, FL. is so dishonest, unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone!!! And stay away from Drake the Snake!!!!
