      If I can do a 0 star I would. Absolute nightmare of a service department. Do not get your car looked at here. Quoted me a week for repairs, 3 weeks later with no fixes confirmed they got hit by a storm that blew a garage bay door into my car. Totaled the vehicle, but they continued to “work” on the vehicle before the adjuster came to inspect it. Informed me their insurance would cover it and 3 weeks later when I called to follow up was told it’s not their claim to make. Had to file my own claim, taking the insurance hit cause they wouldn’t do ANYTHING to help. THEY REFUSED TO TELL ME THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY TO FOLLOW UP WITH. They sent the bill to my insurance company for the original repairs $3,800 that were not authorized after the damage happened. Have had no contact or update from them. Working with a lawyer to try and recoup some costs but this is the absolute worse place of any BUSINESS I have ever seen. Avoid this shop and avoid Marilyn if you’re forced to go here cause every call she ever made was bad news of them messing up (ordering a bad part) or a flat out lie. She said there was no need to call my insurance. She finally offered a rental car after refusing to give me one on the original request, but then could not figure out how to get it set up with their contract (didn’t try before giving up). Spent over $1,000 on rental cars before giving up and just ubering everywhere. DO NOT GET YOUR WORK DONE HERE.

      There was a delay in getting parts due to the fact that the parts needed were no longer available through GM.  We had to order an after market evaporator which was damanaged.  We ordered another after market evaporator and it came in a week later.  On 6/19/23 the technician installed the a/c housing and the dash to finish this job.  We then called the windshield company to reinstall the windshield that was damaged.  Mr. Pena called on 6/20/23 and requested a loaner car.  We were unable to give Mr. Pena a loaner because he had moved 590 miles from Pensacola.  Mr. Pena asked for our insurance company; however, we did not have a claim on his vehicle because our insurance company does not cover this type of claim.  Mr. Pena's insurance company came to the dealership on 7/10/23 and we learned at that time that his vehicle was totalled.  Up until that point, Pete Moore had Mr. Pena's approval to repair his vehicle.

      This company is awful they treat military awful and they treat new customers awfully bad for a company who prides themselves on being not in car city this company likes to sell used cars above new car MSRP additionally to that several military people have had problems with the management team there in closing this company is awful

      I'm not sure what part you are considering positive because when I said I wanted for this price which would be a fair market value for the vehicle you brought me a piece of paper saying that you can sell it at auction for hire being very antagonistic and when I called back the next day the manager I spoke with was extremely rude not positive

      The pre-owned manager reached out to me today being that said there's nothing really they can do to help because they've already tried to ***** me I want this review to stay up in a warning to other customers to not do business with Pete Moore because they will rip people off and they are very shady company
