Ace plumbing come out on a Wednesday because our tub was backing up. They came out tried to snake the drain without putting a camera in first. They got their snakes stuck and left. They did not come back until the following Thursday to try and remove their snake they got stuck. However the guy come back out automatically said that the pipe was collapsed that there was no way to remove the snake. Then the owner of the company come out and said oh let's just move the whole bathroom location. In which he quoted me at 11,000. In which I could never afford to do so. I called another plumber out he was able to remove their snake and determined that my pipe was not collapsed. That the pipe PVC pipe had separated or just come a loose due to them using the wrong snake head to clean the pipe out with. Ace plumbing left us not being able to use the restroom or take a shower for weeks with their snakes suck in our drain. Reaching out to the owner he did nothing as well. The owner stated that they should have to pay for their snake being removed from another plumber because we did not sign a waiver and Ace plumbing knew it was a faulty pipe cuz we made them very aware of it. I continued to reach out to the owner and he was very rude and not willing to help. He said there was nothing more he could do for us.
