      Mr ******* took a down payment of $3500.He then came over and tore my entire yard.Sent him several messages which he just kept putting me off saying he had other jobs to catch up.Upon further investigation of Mr *******,I found out that he has quite a long rap sheet of stealing people’s money.My yard is still torn up and haven’t heard a word from Mr *******.It’s on me though.I should have done my homework on this guy.Just trying to warn other people not to do business with this crook.Again I’m out $3500 with a torn up yard.Do not do business with this guy!!

      May 6, 2023 my husband and I met with Rusty from Easy Swimm, LLC pool company. He went over pool products & procedures, length to order pool supplies and when he would be installing our pool. We agreed on a pool size & shape, pool liner and our pool installation date of Friday, May 19, 2023. Rusty said he had one job in Pensacola, one job in Navarre and one liner to install, then we would be next for installation on May 19. We agreed as we were trying to get a pool quickly as we have obligations in June and July. Rusty left then returned later with a contract proposal of our chosen pool products and price breakdown. Rusty asked for the $5,000.00 deposit check made payable to Martina Mueller and he'd be back on May 8 to start demo & prep work. Rusty worked a couple of hours on May 8 then did not return to our job until May 11. He returned with the bob cat to start digging the hole. He worked a couple of hours, left the bob cat in our yard for three days returned, unannounced on May 14 (Mother's Day) with his brother Jimmy worked a couple of hours left bob cat. May 15 Rusty sends me a text messaging asking for $2,000.00 for "dig fee". There was never any discussion of additional money to be paid only the $5,000.00 deposit and the check was cashed on May 9, 2023. I called Rusty and he said he needed the "dig fee" money for supplies. I have sent almost daily text to Rusty and some to Martina asking when he will return, Rusty replies "I'm on another job, I'll be there this afternoon" or "I'm behind". He has not been back to finish our pool. We have had several days of significant rainfall and the pool hole and dirt mounds piled up surrounding the hole has changed drastically. When it rains our gutters cannot push rain forward because of the dirt mounds blocking flow it is pushed backwards to our housing foundation. Insurance claim adjuster said this is a safety hazard and potential liability risk. Unanswered text and email messages we are still waiting. Thanks

      My wife contacted a pool liner installer to install new liner for pool contacted via website brad. Was sent a text that they could perform the services and had to order all materials 1st through there website. Which she did material delivered on Thursday Oct 27 2022 company said they would install new liner arrived Friday and preceded to drain pool when the pool was being drained b4 they took out old liner they were working on pipes and sand then were leaving job site asked them is it safe to do this when there is a storm comming he replied it will be ok. Worked until 130 am to put in new liner but storm already started the pool is an semi above ground pool needles to say asked for payment of install when job was not completed.water table was not filled to a safe level before rain fell and the pressure from walls caved in. Was then told that they want to be paid for install knowing it was there fault . After questioning them about license and how do they plan on resolving this matter they said liner should be fine and showed up Monday dropped a pump to drain water 2nd time never came back. Will no longer answer calls nor fix mistake only pressure for payment. Then I found they are not a license contractor as claimed and blame it on rain when they are the ones who attempted to install it in rain.

      We had an order placed online for liner and supplies for an Above Ground Swimming pool. We was asked if we can do the install I told customer no problem. I explained the install procedures also I was asked if payment is to be made through web site or how payment is received for installation of above ground Pool liner. I informed customer is to pay after we are done with install she agreed. Supplies where delived and the date that was set to install a week prior we was there on thatday to install. As I was pumping Pool down that was leaking so bad it was loosing afoot of water a day. So we was going to install liner and get there Pool back in order. We discussed the rain and I told customer that we was going to come back after the rain was over. It was not suppose to start raining until the following day however the customer wanted the Pool done disregarding the rain. So we pulled out liner the wall had hundreds of pin holes in the wall the bottom of poolstrack was just corroded to nothing the skimmer hole in the wall was corroded where the skimmer would not even attach to wall because there was no material left on the wall to attach skimmer. And the bottom of the pool was destroyed due to customer having a big hole in the floor from steps and customers fix for hole for sometime was sometime. Needless to say that tape will not stop a leak. I pulled old liner out. I cut out dated area on the wall at skimmer and cut a wide mouth skimmer in. I installed new sand in the sand filter I installed all new plumbing on filter also fixed and installed new spider. Gasket. We installed foam wall, foam cove and a gorilla bottom also installed new liner put everything back together cleaned up around Pool pressure tested plumbing and did a walk around Pool with customer after job was complete. Now customer said they was going to the bank to get payment that was due after liner was installed. When I asked for payment for services that was given I was not paid like we agreed instead I was told to come back another day for payment. I told them that's not what we agreed on and that is not how we collect payment I told customer that payment is due after job is complete. So I left and the next day I got a text telling me that the rain damaged some of our work. We have no problem warranty our work however a warranty only applies if the job or services that was done was paid for. Even after not being paid the first time I agreed To come out that following Monday and fix pool from weather damage. I entered into customers back yard to start and we was cussed at I asked customer to please to to cuss at me then me and my partner was threatened with bodly harm told to leave by customer so that  customer could calm down. At that time customer went and fixed pools weather damage area himself and decided not to pay us for any work performed. Customer did not pay after install the first time and would of not paid after we fixed weather damage. I like to point out that customer has a above ground Pool with a plug in pump it's a portable Pool not designed To go into the ground. Wedont give any warranty when a Pool is installed against manufacturers specification. However after not getting paid and not being liable for weather damage we still was going to fix the po where the weather had damaged it. Customer did not pay for work done and did not plan on it. If he was going to pay he would of paid us after we completed install. His wife said she was going by the bank to get payment however when we was done no payment was made. If I could say anything that is when you hire a installer to do work for you he must get paid when he is done. Wedont warranty poolsthat are not installed properly wedont warranty above ground pools from caving in from dirt. And wedont warranty on jobs that was not paid for. However it was perfect when we was completed and did the final walk-around with customer. Still to this day have not been paid for supplies or labor done on costumers Pool.

      The company lied to me and my wife never told them to continue to start work in the rain or b4 weather im not nor my wife familiar with insulation of pool liners the installer never showed up on time was draining pool left and when asked about why they are doing this b4 storm said it would be ok we can beat the storm we had a birthday party and they worked through the night which we thought was odd. The rain started b4 they left put a water hose in the pool and said were done. I questioned the gentleman about with rain comming he said it would be fine after finding out about how many people were ripped off from using a different name he never showed back up to fix the problem I fixed myself and worked for 12 hours straight not insured or bonded he became upset when I asked to see his lic and certificate of insurance and disappeared left a big mess and wanted me to pay him...we spent alot of money online ordering materials from where directed and the only thing that was correct was the delivery had to fix pipes after pool filled up and ran pump also liner stretched due to improper insulation per manufacturer was installed at night and cold weather . Called several other companies lic and insured and was told would of never installed knowing weather is comming and never at night. Will not do business with this company nor recommend

      I showed up on time. We did not lie. We was told to workstraight through until liner was installed. We told customer that we was going to come back the next day and customer told us to stay. And about the party. Customer had a 40 person party while we was working and customer and friends of customer was drinking and partying and would not stop trying to get us to drink liquor with them. We refused because we don't drink on the job ever. We was lied to we was not paid customer is a crook. Rip-off contractors that work hard for there money and as far as him not knowing how to install a liner he installed it that day after he told us to leave or he would be violent to us. Pipestone filter where pressure tested nothing was paid for. Not sure where he even thinks he has a right to complain about anything. I will not respond anymore to this complaint it is proof that contractors need more laws to protect them against scam artist customers that don't pay there bill. God knows the truth along with every person at that party. Shame on you for ripping off someone that worked as hard as they did for you. And about my name I gave you my name you spoke to another person on the phone when you called we don't all have the same name have a blessed day . At the end of the day I could of filed suite against customer I figured let god deal with it. Fi could say anything I would say to the customer. Pay your bill it's overdue.
