      IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE NO STARS BUT SINCE THATS NOT AN OPTION I GAVE THEM ONE. CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE POOL IS IN IS HORRIBLE AND I MEAN HORRIBLE! THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU OR YOUR NON WORKING POOL PUMP! CALL THE OFFICE AND ALL YOU GET IS EXCUSES NOT TO MENTION THEY WONT CALL BACK! SPENT CLOSE TO $70K FOR A POOL THAT ISNT EVEN A YEAR OLD AND I WAS TOLD "IT DOESNT MATTER IF THE PUMP DOESNT RUN FOR 3 OR 4 DAYS" O REALLY? SO MY POOL ISNT GOING TO TURN GREEN "WELL MAYBE, BUT IT ISNT THAT BAD"! I GUESS NOT, ITS NOT THEIR MONEY! IF I HAD IT TO DO ALL OVER I WOULD RUN RUN RUN AS FAST AS I COULD IN THE OPPOSITE DIRETION OF THESE THIEVES AND LIARS. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GO TO THE BEACH!

      We started our pool journey in August of 2023. After several promises of installation from Chris they began Dec. 17 2023. Brian and his crew were great, Kevin is fantastic, the management is a disaster. We purchased a large pool/spa combo and even after the delays we were so excited to have our pool installed. After a detailed conversation about the cost of using propane to heat the pool during our initial buying phase with Chris he still checked gas on the contract and they attempted to install a gas heater. Luckily, Mr. Adams the electrician pointed it out and my husband and I were able to getting it corrected before the electricians began the install ( this of course came at extensive push back by John, Chris, and Todd). To make a long story short they don't know enough about the products they are selling to have installed the heater at the right distance or the right size heater for our spa. Finally, after several weeks of trying to get it right, moving heaters, replace two that were damaged, installing an additional heater and running additional electric lines our spa finally works. Now they are trying to keep the credit balance we are owed to help cover the additional costs. Cost that incurred due to their lack of knowledge. The day we were supposed to pick up a check Robin wanted us to sign a release form in order to get half of the money owed. The release form would give Emerald Coast a pass on any future issues we possibly could have in the future. We were advised not to sign. The amount they owe us in less than 3% of the total cost of our poo/spa. It is a shame people have to endure this when spending their hard earned money. My advice is to stay clear!!!

      Worst company to deal with when installing a pool. Austin is running the company who continues to resolve situations. Also, when you ask to speak to management; you cannot do that because he is out on medical leave. The person you speak with is not management. I’ve been trying to get parts replaced since June 2023. I do not recommend.

These parts were on back order from the time you first contacted us in December about this.       Pool install started late November 2022. The 4-7 day install was not ready by Christmas as planned. It turned into a four month nightmare of poor workmanship, poor communication, high costs due neglect and dealing with unprofessional/uneducated staff. Poor workmanship for pool, skimmer installed too low = water level doesn’t cover first step. Poor communication: multiple contacts couldn’t tell me when they’d resolve issues, return/finish the project. Often no answer or return calls. Multiple parts were missing, orders placed for parts were lost or never placed, the wrong pump was installed vs what was in the contract; it got changed several weeks later. Costs incurred by me were related to the staff coming and turning the water on to fill the pool. It’s a 10,000 gallon pool. Normal home use is 3,500/month. Usage was over 60,000 during 3 months. The reason is there was a leak which I advised of my suspicion before Christmas. They still continued to come filling it up until I took pictures in one hour increments for them to see it losing 1/2 inch/hr. It was fixed a month or so later after the third attempt by a third party company. They did give me a letter to take to the county so I wouldn’t have to pay sewage fees. Still cost an additional $2,000 for their incompetence. By the way you can only not pay sewage for one month, so it only helped for partial overusage. Another cost, they actually cut and busted sprinkler pipes. They installed their pipes and filled everything in without making anyone aware of their actions. Zero accountability. Other things: they told me to go ahead and have the fence installed but then didn’t have enough fill dirt. This meant they messed up both sides of my front and back yard. When they put the fill dirt down they left their plywood sticking up in mine and my neighbors yard. Came out several weeks later for that, at this point it’s April. A long held dream upgrade to my home turned into lingering distraught and disbelief.
