I have been a customer for several years. My pool maintenance guy is wonderful. Totally customer service oriented. I have a serious algae problem. My maintenance guy was going to come on Monday to start intensive treatment for my problem. Again, wants to make his customer happy. However, the company truck was unavailable to him. Bottom line, my guy can’t come to work because of an insurance problem.Review from Lynda L

My Hot Springs spa was purchased from this company. I called because I had a leak and made an appointment. I was told that it may be just a repair needed or they may have to order a new pump. The repair person came out today and was here five minutes. He could not find a leak and said I may need to entirely clean out the inside for $2500 that it may be a plumbing problem. Well I said no to that and he said the charge for today was $180 just to come out! I was not told it was going to be that much. I expected a service charge, but not that much, even a plumber doesn't charge that much! I wish to dispute the charge of that much. The repair person was very rude and abrupt. I will never do business with them again.

I am sorry that this customer feels that we did not comunicate the service fee associated with every service call we have on a daily basis. Our fee of $180.00 takes into consideration the cost of fuel, insurance and labor and we do not feel that this is an unreasonable price for our service.

I should have been told this before they came out. I was told that it may just need to be fixed or replace the pump. No mention of a $180 service charge. Not only that. I was told the tub had to be filled so he could see where the leak was, he never even looked to see where it was leaking. After he left the tub was leaking continuously whereas it was only leaking before when the jets were running. He actually made it worse!
