I have contacted Kevin Etheridge 3 times regarding why the mail box area irrigation system was cancelled and why the hideous area has not been soccer or dirt brought in and bushes planted? I also tried to ask him why the HOA fees assessed all homeowners $10k for the dog park which we never voted on,so less than 15 dogs in the waters communities ,why weren't the dog owners assessed ? Kevin has never called me back and had me own hold for 20 minutes.I read the reviews and Etgeorge management company only gets 1 start out of 5. Why dont we hire a management company that cares and responds to our needs? The board quite so who made the decision about the dog park,why wasn't the a vote?Who is on the board ?Initial Complaint

I needed a HOA letter stating my 2021 dues were paid to close on a bank deal. It is a very simple request. I was told up to 48 hours maybe I close bank deal tomorrow. The bank needs it. Now I stand loose the contract bank because some one can nit take two Minutes type up a simple statement thst I paid the 2021 fees. This is a terrible v property management company. I live in my home 13 years under them and have had at Jesse 8 issues with them. No common sense nit logical and piss poor service. Thdt must be there moto. Alvin K. Good morning,
I believe this complaint has been resolved. Mr. ***** originally left a voicemail for Dawn ****** in our office & she returned his call on 1.3.22 and was advised that typically a request is fulfilled in 1-2 days due to the high volume billing going on in our accounting this time of year. Dawn explained that Mr. ***** became upset that this may impact his closing on 1.4.22 @ 9am and disconnected the call. Dawn sent the requested documents by email at 2:27pm.
Mr. ***** reached out again the afternoon of 1.3.22 and spoke with myself, I was able to provide Mr. ***** with the ledger & statement he required for his transaction by email at 3:27pm. Which he acknowledged receipt. I was glad to speak with him & meet his need.
Our office is dedicated to meeting the needs of our owners in the most professional and expedient fashion possible. Mr. ***** & his homeowners association are valued clients.We apologize for his upset.
