      Innerarity island HOA the worst the company is racist and don’t call back or read there emails of African black and Asian Americans Kevin and Cheryl is the worst. And don’t forget not to devote them on on Innerarity island they share personal information on residential I have proof and evidence

      Etheridge Property Management has the most unprofessional staff and the owner Kevin ********* should know that when a client calls to have questions regarding there account (Bellawood) HOA current fees. I have made multiple calls requesting to speak to Kim my account representative no return call every received. Kim assistance Tori assured me that she would call before close of business on 6-27-22. I have yet to receive a call. However after much investigation was told that my account was turned over to an attorney whom I had paid off in February 2022 and my account was paid in full so I was informed on 06-27-22 by Amanda with ********* Real Estate that additional fee of 300.00 was added for 2022 which I have never received any invoice or bill from Etheridge Property Management. I called several times to EPM with no return call. I continued to navigate the EPM to be transfer to Debbie whom spoke to me in a tone that was demeaning. I was only seeking clarification that the payment I made on 06/27/22 to ********* Real Estate was received she stated that "we service 1000s of accounts and she could not be sure that it was received" This was not my concern and maybe train you staff in customer service and stop hiding behind that awful automated phone system.
      I would like EPM to just take a moment and remember without the customer there would be no business and everybody is important. When EPS has the opportunity to educate the customer
      that is new to the HOA billing process have some type of care or concern that it might be the customer first experience with EPS. I personally would never recommend this company to any
      of my friends, family, colleagues.

      Mr.& Mrs. ******* I aqpologize that you have experiened a difficult time reaching someone in our office to assist you. After looking into the issue, your account was turned over to Moorhead Law Group at the direct of the Bellawood BOD for non payment of your association assessments on July 12, 2021. The annual assessments are invoiced on January 1st and considered late on January 31st. Once owners account has been turned over to the attorney, our office cannot communite regarding accounting balnces as at that point additional fees could have or will be asessed or payments may have been made directly to the attorneys office and our information is not current. A payment was made February of 2022 but your account still had not been cleared with the attorney. When a payment is made to the attorney it may take a few days for us to be informed of this payment. Our office had not been updated at that time.This is why the accounting assistant was unable to confirm your current balance or payments on 6/27/22. I apologize, I was not informed that I needed to return your call by the close of business, It was my understanding that an understanding was reached concerning where that infromation could be obtained and was resolved. .Our account assistant, Debbie M. & the legal assistant Amanda C. of ******** Law Group both felt they attempted to respectfully explain and resolve your concerns and were met with unpleasantness and a disagreeable response. It is Etheridge Property Managements standard to meet our HOA's, BOD's, and owners needs in a courteous, respectful, and efficient manner. We apologize this was not your experience and will work in the future to meet that goal.
