Nicole Gilchrest was our agent and she was terrific. She allowed us to make our decision without being pushy and only gave her observation and opinions when we asked. We can't say enough good things about Christy. She made the transaction seamless and helped with questions and transaction items out of her range of duties as a realtor. The out of state buying process went better than we thought it could thanks to her effective communication skills. My real estate agent was Mr. DeVon Snell (Awesome). Although I was an out of state seller, the process of selling my home was seamless. Mr. Snell was very knowledgeable of the procedures, respectful and responsive to questions by either me or my husband. It was a pleasure to have him as my agent! I highly recommend him to others seeking property in the area.
