              Ace Kahn was our Realtor for my home in Pensacola, FL, our house sold in June 2023. He tried to get me to take any offer that he had; i.e.; replace the Natural Gas water heater & then take a contingency on the other Person's House being sold! This was a bad deal I needed to sell my House ASAP! After that he just ignored US. However, we did sell the house with no continency and no new water heater! He did little to nothing to help it was always his Assistances who helped with the majority of everything. So I just wanted every one to know that He is anything but an Ideal Agent. I did call Ideal Agent to let them know of my opinion of the real estate agent, I don't believe he works with them anymore.
