I changed my mind and took the product back to the store never used or opened. The company took back the product but didn't put the money back on my gift card. I have been back to the store 2 or 3 times and talked to the sales person and supervisor but they claim they have nothing to do with the problem. They took back the products but I haven't gotten my money back on my gift card. All I want is my $23.62 back on my card.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/20) */ Contact Name and Title: *** ******* Supervisor Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: ********@cititrends.com On 12/28 CitiTrends did process a refund for $23.62 on the customer's VISA card ending ***** The customer called our CitiTrends store and informed then that her refund was showing on her account as pending. CitiTrends informed the customer that she would need to contact the financial institute of her card and ask them why the refund was showing as pending. The customer refused to contact them. She stated she would contact the BBB. CitiTrends did nothing wrong, we did processed the refund for $23.62 in our system and we have no control over why it was showing as pending with her financial institution. Please have the customer present you with a recent bank statement. We are confident that refund has posted by now. If not then she will need to discuss it with her bank.
