On Wednesday January 10th at 12:11pm my 16 year old daughter called me while I was at work stating that there was a man at our house to state he was there to look at our roof. The issue I take with this is that there was no prior notice given prior to someone coming out to our residence. The worker was not allowed into the home. I called Jen at Elevate roofing and states that she had no knowledge of someone from the company was coming out. I had stated that I was very upset by the non communication and lack of notification given that someone was coming. On Friday January 12th at 9:15a.m. I received a text message from Jen asking if I was home. I advised that I happen to be home and she states that the guys were outside my home yet again no prior notification. Once I was told that the guys were here I went downstairs to let them in as soon as I reached the front door they hopped back into their white van and left without knocking on the door, ringing the door bell or even speak to me as to why they are leaving. I texted Jen to let her know what happened and followed up with a phone call. Asked as to why they left and she stated that she did not know why they left perhaps to get material. She further stated that she text the guys and was waiting on response as to why they left. No further communication was provided. I waited until today to file another complaint because with my text message correspondence I did let Jen know that I would be home the whole weekend. I wanted to provide ample of time for them to correct this situation. To see if they would show up and there was still no communication nor did anyone show up. How do I get this taken care of? You can see water lines in my master bedroom ceiling and my concern is the longer this takes to get it taken care of the more likely mold is going to settle in.
