Brent and his crew brought their "A" game! Out of 5 quotes, Guardian Roofing was the most reasonable. (2 companies didn't even return my phone call) I didn't have to wait for material and they got me in ahead of schedule. The work ethic exhibited at my house was above my expectations! I needed lots of repair and their contract was very clear regarding additional charges for the deck boards. They were fast, efficient, VERY respectful and kept an orderly work space. I found (1) nail after their departure. I asked to save the metal panels they removed, the employee literally built a stand to keep it off the ground and stacked in neatly. They even folded up my old roof tarp and returned it. I had no problem paying their quote, the repairs and would have paid more to receive the standard of service delivered. I would recommend Guardian Roofing to anyone looking for great service at a reasonable price....and I have.

They will lie. Park in your yard. Try and bill u for work they did not do. Watch them close. I got $893 refunded for work not performed. They let my 90 lb pit bull out almost costing him his life. Unless u speak Spanish u won't be able to talk to anyone. They r not their employees. They sub it all out. Not one truck advertised or a sign anything. I would not hire these ppl to do a dog roof. Tell me there was 5 layers of felt under there when u r right there watching them. Boo

As a business owner I would like to respond tactfully. However, this man may push me beyond tactics because of his frivolous review. I honestly have to question the sanity of this person. (FACT) We asked him numerous times to restrain his two pit bull dogs and keep them inside while we were working. The second day of the job he left his door open and they got out. We were working in the yard trying to clean up and the dogs ran out the gate. He blamed us for letting them out. One was found and the other viciously attacked another dog while it's owner was taking it for a walk. (Fact) He then threatened to shoot my foreman and my salesman for letting them out. Animal control confirmed to us that it was his responsibility to keep and control his dogs - not us. (Fact) Animal control even went to his house and he refused to answer the door, but he could be seen through the window sneaking around trying to hide.

(Fact) there was 5 layers of roofing felt on his roof and we even took pictures to show him. We also had to replace wood decking that was deteriorated. He refused to accept any of this and the $893.00 was not a refund, we just decided to walk away from collecting additional funds instead of dealing with any more of his insanity. Sometimes you just have to wash your hands of the situation and walk away from the drama.

I can continue, but all of this is just sour grapes due to the fact he now has to deal with the fallout from his pit bull attacking an innocent dog on a walk. His roof work was completed and in a professional manner.
