I give this company NO Star. I paid 1/2 in November. They cashed my check then nothing. No word from them. I called in February. Waited till May to get shingles . All this time no one contacted me to give me an update. They damaged my tankless water heater. I paid for the replacement of the flute because they would not pay the company they sent out to replace. Not sure what the issue was but Plumbing company said "They are unprofessional and not dealing with them anymore . either I pay or the flute would be removed. The unit was also damaged. All roofing debris fell into the unit. Waited 8 days without hot water. All this back and forth texting and calling the company. Roofing job was terrible. Not satisfied but had to pay other half. Come time for the final invoice, They would not deduct the amount for the flute that I paid for. They wanted me to pay full amount and they would reimburse for the flute. Are you kidding. How long would I have to wait for that. With all the trouble I had to go through I was not going to trust them. They had a lien on my home until I paid full amount. Tried to get them to reason with me and unfortunately had to hire a lawyer. This is now November. I am so glad to be rid of them and will never hire these un- professionals again. There's lots more I could share with you but you get the final results. What a headache. I can't leave this comment unless I give a star. The deserve a MINUS STAR as far as I am concerned.

Sorry your experience was less than perfect. Things happen in construction and don't go as planned. I can assure you that your roof is perfect and you have a workmanship warranty from a company that will stand behind it no matter the situation. We hired a plumbing Conlan and you hired one so that was where the confusion was on that topic. The roof passed the final inspection and it's up to the current building code so I don't know why you think it's a terrible roof and I'm sorry you feel that way but that is not true I have looked at the pictures of your rod and there is nothing I can find wrong with it.

You hired Reliable plumbing who changed the flute and you hired the plumber who changed the unit. I hired no one. Still can't understand why you made things so difficult in regards to the final Invoice. As for final inspection, No One stepped foot on roof to inspect. I work from home so would have known if inspection was done. I hired NO PLUMBER.
