Called for a slow draining kitchen sink, a technician was sent to our home. He had some issues snaking the drain and threw a hissy fit in our kitchen over that, his behavior was unprofessional but we didn’t say anything the first time. He told us we needed a different technician to come out with a camera to see what was going on in the pipes because his camera couldn’t fit. We paid for that “service”. The next technician comes out and his camera doesn’t fit either…he intended to charge us anyway until I asked why? And he dropped all charges and said we needed to have another technician come out and jet our lines for $800. They still have no official word on what’s wrong with the drain. The day the line jetter is supposed to come out their jetter is down, they are aware but they don’t tell us and send the same unprofessional technician anyway who comes and is now able to get his camera in the line and he determined that there is a “break” “somewhere” he “marked” the break by spray painting a dot on our house where the kitchen sink is. That cost $400. I was only charged $300 because $130 of that was a “drive charge” that this “technician” belligerently insisted I was quoted until his coworker listened to a recording that proved I was not quoted a “drive charge” I don’t care about a drive charge I didn’t ask about a drive charge I’m just wondering why I paid $300 for the same “technician” with his ridiculous attitude and behavior to do the same exact thing he did the first time he came out, plus a lovely green spray paint dot of course. I called to inform the company of what happened and they assured me the general manager would call me first thing in the morning, he never did. They used my $200 cookware to collect dirty water. They also used my washing machine water hookups to do something and they did not tighten my hoses back on and just left the water off because when you turn it on the water sprays out everywhere. They told me “just get some pliers and tighten it”
