November 11, 2021 I met with Christina Powers at her tax office located in Pensacola. We discussed my situation and put the filing on hold until I provided her with the receipts from my fathers rental homes and cost. I submitted that information to her on December 18, 2021. I have reached out to her numerous times to see why I had not received receipt of completion . She finally responded on February 3, 2022 with the answer that she would resend them . I have since reached out to her numerous times and received no response. She does not occupy her office on a regular basis so I have not been able to access her to speak with her on the situation . I am trying to close my fathers estate and cannot due to unpaid taxes. I am unable to get the needed information from the IRS as they only provide Federal information , not state information which would require me to make a trip to VA to an NOT OPENED TO THE PUBLIC OFFICE . I wish to complete my fathers taxes, however she has the only available copy of his W2s.Business response

**** and I did play phone tag in the beginning and then I had no contact from her for a long time. The tax return was sent to *********************** in February as requested. The problem is the more recent communications were sent to my personal Facebook messenger and since we aren't friends on Facebook it doesn't populate in the normal places. She has never once tried to call the office to get this resolved otherwise it would have been taken care of a long time ago with my assistant. I am not in the office everyday during the office season, but I do have an assistant who is there at least twice a week durning that time. We have been in the office full M-T 10-4 as advertised since December other than taking off for the holiday. There was a call made to me in October from a number I didn't have from her and I did call her back and never got a response. Attached are the screenshots of what I have. All info has now been sent to her as requested today and I await to hear from her again.
