On August 15th, 2021 I ordered an access code (a code to access my accounting course's homework and etext book) at the UWF bookstore. Shortly after placing the order, my professor let us know that the link to order the access code was directing us to the wrong link to purchase. I tried for days to get into contact with someone at the UWF bookstore. This did not occur until August 28th. I finally got into contact with the bookstore and they reassured me that I will be receiving a refund(the refund would have been for $77.49) and they asked for my debit card # over the phone to send the refund. On August 30th, I see that instead of receiving a refund, they instead charged my debit card a second time. I have been trying to contact these people for about 3 months at this point and noone will return or answer calls. I have essentially been stolen from and they can't get away with taking people's hard earned money. Please see attached for screenshots of bank transactions.
