Owner Jay & Josh ( Son) been working on my 2001 Honda Odyssey since 2020 I need my Transmission rebuilt. After being rebuilt I took my van back multiples times in 2020 3 times with Warranty and I paid ****** Transmission was called first the shop was under Now He was bought out for 2021. And I had to take my van back to J&L Transmission this year and They Had my van for 4 months and wants me to pay $400.00. And Mr. Jay takes my van to another mechanic first not letting me know nothing. About my yes or no first. Because he short hand of workers. I had to write ✍ïï��ï�� Mr. Jay to tow my van back to my location. He said he would but did not. Now my van not driving at all. I waste $2500 at this mechanic shop. Since 2020-2021. I had to take my van back to this mechanic shop Speedy Transmission back 2020 3 times . Until now J & L Speedy Transmission had my van for 4 months and I would like an refund for all my money I given to both company. He didn't fix my Torque Converter that was apart of an location of my transmission. To be replaced right along too to be checked now my whole Transmission is damaged again and I want my vehicle and Fixed somewhere else to fix my vehicle the right way first. I had nothing but bad service with Speedy Transmission until now with J & L Speedy Transmission. All my receipts since 2020 with Speedy Transmission all located inside my van. In the front seat of my 2001 Honda Odyssey (Gold). I never had so much problem with an mechanic shop like this. All they want is just money from an woman and take advantage of an woman. If it was fixed the right time I would not been on here to file an complaint. All that money I given 2500 just went down the drain and my van still not fixed probably because it should of been fixed the right way of any other part that was detached from my transmission to checked to see what all need to be fixed. On the phone Mr. Jay says I should of checked your Torque Converter I don't know why I didn't check it. Sad situation.
